Our Process

1.
Step 1: Initial Consultation

We start the journey by inviting you to one of our showrooms for an initial design consultation. Here we have a discussion about what you would like to achieve in your project, as well as viewing materials and our display kitchens. We give our own suggestions and ideas, incorporating the clients own personal taste with our experience to make a blueprint for the design.

Step 2: Design Stage

We then get to work producing a design which we would present to you in another meeting in the showroom.

Step 3: Presentation of the design

We invite you back in to view the first draft of the design and get your feedback. Here we can build upon the initial design to get it to a point where it is perfect. Further meetings can be scheduled if necessary, as we explore all the potential options.

Step 4: Placing your order in the queue

Once you are happy with our design, product and price we then ask for an initial deposit to release the plans & images as well as putting your kitchen order in the queue.

5.
Step 5: Site Survey

When it is possible to do so, we will arrange a site survey where the project manager would come to your site to double check measurements

Step 6: Order Confirmation

Once the site survey is complete, we would make any necessary changes and after the clients approval we confirm the kitchen order with the manufacturer.

Step 7: Installation

If you are using our team for installation, our in-house fitters proceed to turning your dream kitchen from an idea to reality.
